o At least 3 years of professional experience in IT Infrastructure project management;
o Experience with at least one named project management methodology (Waterfall, Agile etc.);
o Flawless English skills;
o Excellent communication skills: clear communication, synthetic/to-the-point;
o Excellent leadership skills;
o Solution oriented approach (vs problem focused);
o Strong digital mindset.

o Oversee project streams by aligning associated resources approaches with common and standardized processes, tools, techniques and templates;
o Deliver standardized projects and project’s streams reporting based on common standards and templates;
o Consolidate different project streams reporting and deliver project committees presentations (including Project Steering Committee/Board Presentation);
o Maintain a standardized repository for project-specific data;
o Deliver project planning, execution, and closure by providing templates and other support to resources;
o Facilitate project meetings, gather feedback, consolidate project data, and ensure projects’ deliverables;
o Deliver all other administrative tasks within streams project management;
o Provide standard or customized solutions proposals, presentations or proof of concepts, revealing competitive advantages capabilities of the business benefits of proposed solutions, mapped to the client needs;
o Ensure support for the technical team in all the implementation phases with knowledge, concepts, best practices, in order to deliver the system, according to the proposed IT solution.

Would be a plus:
o Previous experience in Security projects;
o Prince2 certification.
