    - Cunoștiințe tehnice și dornic să învețe mai mult;
    - Student sau absolvent de studii superioare tehnice;
    - Cunoștiințe de MS Office (outlook și excel minimal);
    - Abil în comunicarea cu clienții și orientat către rezolvarea problemelor;
    - Meticulos și Orientat către client;


    - Preia produsele în service în vederea diagnosticării acestora;
    - Evaluează produsele și stabilește dacă defectele sunt sau nu acoperite de garanție;
    - Efectuează reparații simple în vederea soluționării clienților rapid – categoriile targetate (IT, GSM, Negre);
    - Gestionează produsele clienților, sculele și piesele din dotare;
    - Ține legătura cu service-ul central și transmite informațiile relevante din punctul de lucru;
