    Recruitment Internship

     

    Your Mission

    As a Recruitment Internship you will work closely with the recruitment team and will assist to all operational and process activities.Additionaly you will be able to work with the hiring managers and HRBPs to better understand the recruitment process and the business needs.

     

    Your Role in a Nutshell:

    • Work with the recruiters in all administrative tasks and procedures
    • Develop and implement innovative techniques to identify candidates (such as social media, talent acquisition campaigns, Boolean search);
    • Match profiles with Job description during research activity and cold calling;
    • Maintain a close relationship with candidates in order to attract them and to update the recruitment database, as well as to create a valuable pipeline of candidates for recurrent processes;
    • Regularly update the recruitment database according to the sourcing process;
    • Provide feedback to the candidates after participating to the selection process;
    • Post the aids on internal and external sites;
    • Participate in recurrent calibration meeting with hiring managers and HRBP

     

    A little about You:

    • Bachelor degree/Master degree in Human Resources/Psychology/Sociology
    • Previous internships in HR are highly appreciated;
    • Fluency in English; French is a plus;
    • MS Office knowledge.
