    Essential requirements Knowledge, Skills and Experience

    - Degree educated with professional accountancy qualification in progress (CA/ACCA/CIMA)
    - Relevant experience in a global FMCG or similar dynamic operating environment
    - Excellent analytical skills
    - Strong communication skills
    - Ability to handle large volumes of information and present it in an accurate and relevant format
    - Problem solving ability is essential
    - Ability to work under pressure and keep to tight deadlines

    Responsabilitati

    Operational responsibilities

    - Focus and control over credit management and bad debt activities; stock, sales and cash reconciliations.
    - Provides accurate information and in time for pricing decisions and credit granted to BAT customers.
    - Chairs and coordinates Credit Committee meetings. Coordinates with Credit Manager to utilize team resources to meet the business needs.
    - Monitors on daily basis the staff performance and ensures meeting their individual objectives, department KPIs and that they perform according to internal policies and procedures.
    - Identify and drive process improvement opportunities, projects aligned with business initiatives and customer needs.
    - Ensures full understanding of the existing company policies and the impact of own team across Marketing organization.
    - Drives standardization and productivity improvement within the team.
    - Attends meetings, gives presentations and participates in projects in order to ensure smooth introduction of changes and satisfactory resolution of issues.
    - Performs additional financial management processes including reporting and operational planning.
    - Ensures and controls that all processes within department are SOX compliant and all relevant controls are performed.
    - Plans, organizes and supervises team’s work.
    - Manages team processes and more complex/sensitive activities.
    - Recognizes and communicates potential issues/risks with team.
    - Ensures Accounts Receivable closing procedures are completed efficiently, accurately and timely.
