Junior Software Engineer

Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)

Minimum Main Qualifications (Must have):
- C/C++ Programming basics
- Algorithmic thinking
- Object Oriented programming know how
- Basic know how in multi thread/multi process development
- Basic knowledge of UML (Unified Modeling Language, e.g. Enterprise Architect)
- Basic knowledge of SDLC (e.g. V-Model)

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to have not a must):
- Familiarity with versioning management systems (GIT, SVN)
- Knowledge of requirement management tools (e.g. DOORS)
- Knowledge of reporting and tracking tools (e.g. Jira)
- Familiar with V-Model and Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies
- Programming knowledge with C#, Java in addition to C++
- Experience in Linux and/or Android
- Knowledge of DBMS and SQL

- Developing software projects for the automotive industry
- Design and develop embedded automotive SW applications
- Design software for automotive embedded devices
