    - 3 years of experience in the following domains: technical support, teamwork, working in international and virtual teams;
    - Excellent skills in MS Excel
    - Very good MS Office and Outlook skills
    - Very good skills in MS SQL Database and scripting
    - Good Analytics skills to manage large datasets efficiently
    - Experience in estimating tool or process
    - Experience in working with MS Teams
    - Experience in working with JIRA
    - Knowledge of Salesforce
    - Knowledge of SAP
    - Experience with Tableau Desktop and Server to create and maintain dashboards
    - Technical degree (preferably);
    - Excellent English skills (speaking and writing)


    - Provide 2nd level support for the HBS CPQ system in Europe to internal HBS stakeholders from sales, estimation, project management, service, finance, contract management, leadership and business support teams;
    - Coordinate and partner with local champions and SMEs (subject matter experts);
    - Partner with CPQ and end-to-end (Salesforce, SAP) technical teams across the globe;
    - Provide CPQ technical support via Skype, phone or face to face, host calls to answer questions or demo the system;
    - CPQ data maintenance of test and production environments, including the end-to-end systems (Salesforce and SAP);
    - Key data to manage: User setups, localizations, country specific system configurations, product data maintenance for first party and third party products for various systems (HVAC, Fire, Security), maintenance of labor configurations and rates;
    - Majority of data is managed via MS Excel and SQL;

    - Training and support on all the relevant Honeywell systems and processes end-to-end which are required for this role;
    - A local senior technical support specialist is available to help and support;
    - Possibility to provide improvement suggestions and to help innovate our end-to-end system;
