Studii superioare profil tehnic;
Engleza - nivel conversational;
Cunostinte de operare calculator (Microsoft Office);
Minimum 2-3 ani experienta in departamentul de service;
Disponibilitate pentru deplasari ocazionale.

Coordoneaza eficient personalul din subordine;
Sustine seminarii tehnice in ceea ce priveste produsele noi, sistemele de comunicare si procedurile de service;
Urmareste implementarea activitatii de service conform cerintelor companiei;
Efectueaza inspectii periodice in piata pentru verificarea calitatii lucrarilor, a pieselor de schimb si a echipamentelor, asigurand astfel respectarea standardelor de calitate;
Controleaza stocul pieselor de schimb pentru echipamente si aprovizionarile pentru Centrul de Service;
Furnizeaza suport tehnic subordonatilor atunci cand este necesar;
Urmareste conformitatea activitatii si se asigura de indeplinirea obiectivelor de performanta;
Intocmeste rapoarte specifice activitatii de service.
