    Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

    Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
    We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
    - AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
    - IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
    - FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
    - PHARMA (all levels)


    • Advanced English
    • 2-3 year experience in successful track record and knowledge of sub-ledger
    accounting processes in a Business Services Center
    • Advanced SAP and MS Office knowledge
    • Capability to quickly understand complex business structure
    • Ability to change processes continuously and efficiently
    • Strong creative and problem solving skills
    • Organizational talent and planning skills
    • Team spirit along with initiative and active listening
    • Highly result oriented in order to achieve a high level of work quality


    Ensures accurate and timely process and delivery of:
    • Monthly, quarterly and year-end closing tasks related to Fixed Assets sub-ledger
    • Record fixed asset acquisitions and disposals in the accounting system
    • Track the compilation of project costs into fixed asset accounts and close out those accounts once the related projects have been completed
    • Reconcile the balance in the fixed asset sub-ledger to the general ledger accounts
    • Perform the depreciation run for all fixed assets
    • Conduct analyses related to fixed assets as requested
    • Accurate, consistent and complete bookings
    • Ensure the necessary control environment
    • Cooperates with internal & external auditors
    • Handles the group accounting issues in cooperation with external & internal experts
    • Provides service to other group companies (through her/his department)
    • Ensures to deliver all the financial consolidated European accounting requirements
    • Ensures the correctness of Fixed Assets sub-ledger
