Developer Programs Engineer

Hunt Group – a mix of recruitment (executive search and head hunting) and outsourcing activities in industries such as IT, oil&gas, banking, finance and automotive.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computing or related subject
- 2 years minimum previous Technical Support experience desired with an emphasis on business to business interactions
- Must have strong background in the following technologies: RESTful web services, Java, HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript, server-side programming language e.g. PHP, Python

- Providing guidance to 3rd party developers on best practices by writing sample code as required
- Assist in debugging 3rd party web services and client code running on tablet devices as well as plug-in code
- Responsible for end-to-end case closure, which includes accurately updating case documentation and information in relevant systems and databases.
- Contact customers waiting for follow-up in the agreed timeframe.
- Set up test systems to mimic customer environments for troubleshooting
- Writing and editing technical documents for an IT audience
- Capturing in-depth software bug reports and escalating unresolved customer issues with Adobe Engineering
- Capturing customer feedback to feed into product requirements
