Treasury back office specialist

- bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or Accounting
- experience working in Finance, Audit or Treasury minimum 3 years
- knowledge of financial markets instruments and risks
- high level English skills
- strong analytical and organizational skills

- validation of treasury deals in the treasury management system
- daily treasury bank accounts reconciliation
- perform treasury payments respecting the applicable approval rules and payment cut-offs
- electronic banking portals management (roles and user setup)
- bank account management including opening, mandate maintenance and closing of bank accounts
- perform month-end closing activities such as settlement of derivatives or support of accounting closing activities (e.g. in case of unreconciled items with bank statements)
- regulatory reporting for derivatives (e.g. EMIR, DFA) including LEI management, active follow-up on new developments on regulatory requirements and initiation of necessary changes in treasury management system
- constant optimization of use of treasury management system and participation in related IT projects
- maintain treasury policies and controls
- ensure compliance with SOX requirements.
