Desired skills and experience:

- A minimum of 5 years experience in IT Project management
- Experienced with Agile and Waterfall PM methodologies;
- Capable of leading multiple projects in parallel (10-15)
- Capable of coordinating and controlling multiple team members in separate locations
- Ability to delegate tasks and to document the current project status
- Must be able to rigorously plan projects and set realistic deadlines
- Must be able to prioritize tasks and follow through in a challenging work environment
- Adaptability and diplomatic skills
- Problem solving affinity
- Patient, detail oriented, perseverant
- Ability to follow and work with technical processes pertaining to different departments
- Leadership skill – must be able to motivate, lead and coach team members
- Ability to quickly understand new concepts and to apply new processes and technologies
- Advanced English skills
- Availability for occasional travelling

Optional requirements:

- Experienced in managing projects related to online gaming, specifically casino games
- Team leading experience for a PM team
- Advanced knowledge of the Atlassian suite

Responsibilities:

- Runs the Games Project Management team
- Must collaborate with all departments involved in the projects to insure that resource requirements are met and planning is done correctly
- Responsible with following existing processes and procedures and creating new ones based on company needs
- Responsible with the timely delivery of his team’s projects
- Identifies and corrects operational issues
- Close contact with the stake holders
- Project planning phases and daily follow-up
- Creates and keeps up to date required reports based on project status, presentations or documentation
- Defines the specific project workflow and methodology and has to adapt to constant changes
