    Requirements

    What we expect from you:
    *University degree (preferably in economics, marketing or management)
    *Passion for Global Brands
    *Proven experience in Corporate Brand or Trade Marketing
    *Self-driven and entrepreneurial, with strong leadership skills
    *Strong conceptual thinking and perspective
    *Commercial acumen, P&L literate
    *Excellent communication skills, incl. working in remote teams
    *MS Office fluency
    *Fluent in English

    Responsibilities

    New product launches:
     Initial volumes estimate
     P&L analysis and defining price positioning
     Presenting & aligning with Category Planning/Sales
    Local co-packing projects:
     Initiating the project with all relevant functions and gathering information (volumes, planogram, manipulation cost, pack cost, etc.)
    Media planning
     Supporting the yearly media briefs with campaigns description and budgets split
     Briefing the agency for individual campaigns throughout the year
    Market trends & our performance analysis
     Nielsen analysis on regular basis – performance of our brands/ products and main competitors
     Different ad-hoc analysis
