    Qualifications

    • University degree in economics' or human resources field
    • Immigration Law and Romanian Labor Code knowledge
    • Proficient MS Office skills, especially MS Excel and Power Point
    • Attention to details
    • Target, process and quality orientation
    • Analytical thinking and structured working approach
    • Good communication skills
    • Ability to work independently as well as a team player
    • English - very good written and spoken language skills

    Job Description

    • Maintains the relationship with associates in relating business trips legal requirements
    • Ensures the preparation of A1 file requests
    • Manage of A1 files registration to Pension House at country level
    • Preparation of associates requested certificates
    • Archiving the personnel documents in the associates personnel file
