- Itinerary check at quotation, go ahead and finalization stage;
- Self-familiarise with knowledge of product/destination and suppliers;
- Action all relevant requests quickly (within 24 hours), efficiently and accurately;
- Develop good working relationships with suppliers and G2 internal clients;
- Keep sales informed of any events, incidents, which may prevent the smooth running of their tours;
- Send out promotional messages/memos when needed;
- Assist team members as and when workload dictates;
- Undertake, as requested, other tasks or projects and complete within the given time frame;
- Negotiate contracts for relevant items as requested by the responsible Manager and ensure G2 system accurately reflects contract, including supplier information.
Knowledge & Skills
- Commercial experience & working knowledge of maintaining Data, preferably within the Travel/Hospitality industry;
- Familiarization and knowledge of map reading, routing, and itinerary planning;
- Good communication skills and willingness to work in a team environment;
- Self-motivation, with “can do attitude” & ability to work to meet tight deadline;
- Attention to details;
- Fluency in English and Romanian both oral and written;
- Good computer skills (MS Office, Outlook etc).
