    Key Activities:

    • Itinerary check at quotation, go ahead and finalization stage;
    • Self-familiarise with knowledge of product/destination and suppliers;
    • Action all relevant requests quickly (within 24 hours), efficiently and accurately;
    • Develop good working relationships with suppliers and G2 internal clients;
    • Keep sales informed of any events, incidents, which may prevent the smooth running of their tours;
    • Send out promotional messages/memos when needed;
    • Assist team members as and when workload dictates;
    • Undertake, as requested, other tasks or projects and complete within the given time frame;
    • Negotiate contracts for relevant items as requested by the responsible Manager and ensure G2 system accurately reflects contract, including supplier information.

     

    Knowledge & Skills

    • Commercial experience & working knowledge of maintaining Data, preferably within the Travel/Hospitality industry;
    • Familiarization and knowledge of map reading, routing, and itinerary planning;
    • Good communication skills and willingness to work in a team environment;
    • Self-motivation, with “can do attitude” & ability to work to meet tight deadline;
    • Attention to details;
    • Fluency in English and Romanian both oral and written;
    • Good computer skills (MS Office, Outlook etc).
