Contact center representative with Spanish (voice and email)

-Preferably 1 year of related professional experience;
-Advanced level of Spanish and an intermediate level of English;
-Good communication skills and customer oriented (Written and verbal communication skills; manages internal communications and external/client communications with assistance);
-Time management and administrative skills;

-Supporting and advising clients via email and voice
- Providing correct and complete information to customers about the company's products and services;
- Direction of requests to specialised departments;
- Register the situations encountered and update the database, working in SAP
