    Asigurarea repartizarii informatiilor dinspre management catre toate departamentele firmei, precum si in sens invers.
    Asigurarea transmiterii informatiilor primite din afara firmei, precum si a celor catre exteriorul firmei persoanelor carora li se adreseaza.
    Tehnoredactarea diferitelor materiale si redactarea corespondentei zilnice.
    Promovarea imaginii firmei prin activitatea pe care o desfasoara.

    Responsabilitati

    Sorteaza si inregistreaza corespondenta primita in registrul de intrari-iesiri (numar, data, denumirea firmei, telefon, continutul mesajului, alte informatii considerate necesare).
    Preia si directioneaza apelurile telefonice, iar daca persoana solicitata este ocupata / lipseste, preia eventualele mesaje si le transmite ulterior sau directioneaza apelul catre persoanele care ar putea sa cunoasca problema.
    Inainte de transferarea mesajului afla cine suna si eventual in ce problema; transmite aceste informati persoanei interesate inainte de a transfera efectiv legatura.
    Primeste persoanele din afara (clienti, parteneri de afaceri etc.), ii informeaza pe cei interesati despre sosirea acestora dupa care conduce vizitatorii la persoanele respective, asigurand protocolul aferent.
    In cazul in care persoana care primeste vizita este ocupata / lipseste, secretara pune oaspetii in legatura cu altcineva care cunoaste problema.
    Mentine evidenta primirii faxurilor, se ocupa de copierea si inregistrarea lor (continutul mesajului, numar, data), indosarierea lor in bibliorafturi (Primite, Trimise)
    Completeaza borderourile pentru Prioripost, plicurile trimise recomandat (prin curierat rapid sau posta normala), completeaza adresele pe plicuri, impacheteaza coletele, inregistreaza plicurile trimise.
    Copiaza / redacteaza / tehnoredacteaza diferite materiale.
    Primeste si transmite e-mail-uri si memo-uri.
    Executa orice alte dispozitii date de superiorul ierarhic direct
