    To be successful in this role, you'll need:
    * to love food and love coming to work
    * be confident in your ability to achieve great results for our customers and our business
    * good understanding of the HoReCa business in Cluj area
    * sound knowledge about the key success activities for specific HoReCa customers, including sourcing, payment terms, critical paths, business mechanics etc.
    * proven capabilities in planning, organizing and managing resources
    * strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
    * to be able to think creatively and inspire others to search for options
    * cross functional collaboration ability
    * strong organizational and time management skills
    * to be fluent in English (both written and spoken) and computer literacy (MS Office)

    METRO Cash & Carry România a fost lansat? oficial în România în luna octombrie a anului 1996, prin deschiderea primului centru de distribu?ie, în Bucure?ti. Distribu?ia na?ional? a magazinelor METRO România este urm?toarea: 5 centre în Bucure?ti, câte 2 centre în Bra?ov, Constan?a, Timi?oara ?i câte un centru în fiecare din urm?toarele ora?e: Cluj, Bac?u, Ia?i, Craiova, Baia Mare, Pite?ti, Gala?i, Ploie?ti, Oradea, Sibiu, Suceava, Tg.     Join us as a HoReCa Key Account Manager and you will be:
    * Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of HoReCa major clients to ensure their loyalty
    * Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
    * Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
    * Developing and implementing specific customer strategy, service requirements and sales initiatives for HoReCa major customers by segment (Hotels, restaurants, etc)
    * Accountable for sales, process management, budget planning, Key Accounts HORECA development
    * Operational responsibilities: develop the strategies for the Cash & Carry to approach HoReCa customers by target groups, programs and procedures, customers and employee training, establishing key strategic alliances and providing support to growing networks
    * Monitoring KPI?s derived from the company?s strategic goals regarding Key Accounts HoReCa development
