    Reprezinta imaginea Credex Broker SRL in relatia cu clientii si dezvolta colaborarea cu acestia, in conformitate cu respectarea normelor si procedurilor interne in vigoare;
    Identifica oportunitatile de pe piata in scopul atragerii de noi clienti in cadrul segmentelor vizate, astfel:
    aunoaste, in detaliu, caracteristicile gamei de produse si servicii oferite de companie, precum si ale concurentei;
    Promoveaza produsele si realizeaza vanzari incrucisate ale acestora, inclusiv pentru cele de bancassurance, in vederea cresterii vanzarilor de produse si servicii oferite clientilor;
    Stabileste intalniri si prezentari de comun acord cu superiorul direct, atat la sediul companiei cat si in afara acesteia;
    Identifica nevoile clientilor si ofera consiliere financiara acestora (propune solutia optima pentru nevoile identificate, in conformitate cu respectarea normelor si procedurilor interne in vigoare);
    Intretine permanent contactul cu clientii actuali pentru a le prezenta oferta actualizata de produse si a le comunica modificarile aparute; asigura implementarea modificarilor comunicate;
    Asigura receptia, verificarea si inregistrarea corecta si operativa a creditelor, precum si a altor documente specifice activitatii desfasurate, primite/ remise de unitatea teritoriala, conform procedurilor interne;
    Raporteaza catre institutie (departamentelor/directiilor responsabile, conform fluxurilor aprobate) toate activitatile intreprinse in cursul lunii;
