    • Helpdesk and user support experience (nice to have).


    • Support our customers as the first point of contact (by phone, chat or e-mail);
    • Provide solutions to their technical/billing issues;
    • Help new and existing users have a great experience using our product;
    • Be the voice of our customers internally: see that the top issues and requests each week are heard by the development/management team;
    • Working in a shift from 4 pm to 12 am (Monday to Friday) OR 9 pm - 5 am (M-T, S) Bucharest time
