    • Minim 1 an experienta anterioara in Telesales sau in vanzari/ servicii clienti;
    • Abilități excelente de comunicare și prezentare;
    • Abilitati de negociere si orientare catre solutii;
    • Orientare catre client si catre atingerea obiectivelor;
    • Capacitatea de a lucra sub presiune;
    • Spirit de echipa.


    • Contactarea clientilor potentiali sau existenti, pentru a-i informa despre servicii;
    • Oferirea de raspunsuri despre produse/ servicii sau companie;
    • Identificarea cerintelor clientului pentru a finaliza cu succes procesul de vanzare;
    • Directionarea prospectilor catre echipa de vanzari, atunci cand este cazul;
    • Completarea informatiilor despre client in baza de date;
    • Preluarea si procesarea corecta a cerintelor clientilor.
