    Job Summary:

    The Global Career Architecture Lead defines and manages the job sizing and banding process across Finastra, collaborating closely with the Total Reward Team. They also manage headcount and play an integral part in the organizational health-check process.

    Accountabilities and Essential Job Functions:

    - Manage the job sizing and banding process for the company
    - Work with the policy and data team to ensure the headcount logic / policy is delivering the data accuracy we need
    - Create toolkits for banding and headcount and ensure the HR team are trained
    - Work on Organisational Effeciveness projects
