Treasury – Back Office Specialist

• Validation of treasury deals in the treasury management system
• Daily treasury bank accounts reconciliation
• Perform treasury payments respecting the applicable approval rules and payment cut-offs
• Electronic banking portals management (roles and user setup)
• Bank account management including opening, mandate maintenance and closing of bank accounts
• Perform month-end closing activities such as settlement of derivatives or support of accounting closing activities (e.g. in case of unreconciled items with bank statements)
• Regulatory reporting for derivatives (e.g. EMIR, DFA) including LEI management, active follow-up on new developments on regulatory requirements and initiation of necessary changes in treasury management system
• Constant optimization of use of treasury management system and participation in related IT projects
• Maintain treasury policies and controls
• Ensure compliance with SOX requirements.

REQUIRED BACKGROUND

• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 3 years of proven track record in treasury and banking;
• Knowledge of financial markets instruments and risks
• Ability to work quickly and accurately with numbers
• High level English skills
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
