Accounts Payable - Payments Specialist

• Execute payments according to the company policies and to the payment calendar: payments to supplier, netting operations for intercompany transactions and other bank transactions (government taxes and commissions);
• T&E expenses Cash Reimbursement to employees
• Bank reconciliations for the outgoing and incoming funds, payments allocations in the accounts Responsible for bank details accuracy in SAP vendor mater data 
• Issue resolution for wrong payments instructions due to bank accounts modifications: refunds and new payments instructions
• Support for vendor debit/credit reconciliation positions
• Monitor execution for the special Payments flows (eg factoring, intermediary banks)
• Knows Accounts Payable processes and collaborates with AP team members when needed.
• Support for the for statutory/internal audits

REQUIRED BACKGROUND

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Extensive knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and treasury processes
• At least 2 years experience on Accounts Payable or general accounting
• Experience in SAP system
• Good English capability both in written and spoken; other language is a plus
