    We are looking for 2 new bilingual colleagues with advanced English and Spanish skills to join our growing team!


    • You will be our primary interface between our client and end users, offering customer and technical support for native English/Spanish clients via phone, e-mail or chat;
    • Troubleshoot reported issues or queries in detail to diagnose customer’s issue and provide appropriate solution;
    • Respond to all customers enquiries within given timescales and efficiently meet deadlines;
    • Assist our customers with prompt, friendly and accurate help through all required channels.
