    Requirements

    • Expertise in Excel

    • Self-motivated hard worker with a keen ability to anticipate needs and to work autonomously

    Responsibilities

    • Manage the day-to-day business activity and administrative tasks for our headquarter
    • Manage documents & forms in direct contact with various institutions like ANAF and RECOM
    • Very good understanding of Prokuria’s functionalities and run simple testing scenario
    • Primary Bookkeeping - receivable & payable invoices
    • Payroll preparation & timesheet management
    • Correspondence & calendar management
    • Organizing meetings, travel & events
    • Purchasing supplies & office equipment
    • General basic project management
    • Assist with board meetings & minutes
    • Be opened to learn new tasks that will help you grow professionally and as a person, along with our amazing team
