Oracle BPM

Project Main Selling Points:

This role is primarily focused on developing business process management (BPM) workflows for orchestrating functional banking processes, with a main goal to align all international subsidiaries as part of a large core banking transformation program.

Responsibilities:

·       Take part in all application development lifecycle phases;

·       Be part of a self-organizing Scrum team, actively participating in all team activities;

·       Develop functionalities according to defined acceptance criteria; 

·       Open to learn and apply new technologies if required;

·       Highly proactive in technical solution discussions;

·       Work closely as needed with the Product Owner, Business Analysts and Scrum Team in order to deliver the tasks in time and at the expected quality levels;
 

Mandatory skills:

·       Hands-on experience with BPM suites (any of Oracle BPM, IBM Lombardi/BPM, Pega, Appian, Tibco BPM);

·       Experience in designing and implementing workflow applications;

·       Experience with Oracle SQL;

·       Experience with REST and SOAP services;

·       Experience with Service Oriented Architectures (SOA);

·       Familiar with software design best practices for performance and scalability;

·       Good communication skills and the ability to take part in both team debates as well as client discussions;

·       The ability to work well as part of a team using the Agile ways of working;

·       Advanced English speaking and writing abilities;

·       Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git);

 

Desirable skills:

·       Experience with JavaScript, HTML / CSS;

·       Experience with build automation, continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools – e.g. Maven, Jenkins, XLDeploy, XLRelease;

·       Experience with Jdeveloper, Java, ADF

·       Experience with Oracle WebLogic Server;

·       Experience with banking applications;
