-Previous experience in HR back-office activities would be an advantage;
-Great organizational and planning skills
-Attention to detail and accuracy
-English skills advanced, mandatory
-MS Office skills
-Availability for traveling on a quarterly basis in Germany (Berlin) for BE School
Main responsibilities are:
-Point of contact for regional HR Leaders and regional Development teams: collecting nominations, tracking the feedback;
-Taking care about our FW Training team room (or MS Teams in the future): creating and overlooking regional Excel nomination templates;
-Preparing and sending invitations to nominated participants, handling waitlist and cancellations;
-Handling organizational questions (by the participants and the regions);
-Point of contact/building the interface to training hotel, preparing and sending reservation lists/updates;
-Handling cancellations and replacements;
-Updating training materials;
-Printing and sending course materials;
-On-site support for Be School 4-5 times per year;
-Creating training evaluations in Netigate tool;
-Handling invoices related to programs.
