Bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom) or
2-3 years’ experience in relevant area
Knowledge of Managed Service telecom operations practice
Knowledge sharing and collaboration skills
CISCO and Juniper certificates
MPLS, Routing protocols, LAN and WAN experience
IP Design experince
English and Spanish skills
Ensure incident management
Ensure support activities
Assist with Problem management
On regular base cover the 7x24 Call-out responsibility
Ensure 2nd Level Support activities
Ensure 2nd Level Preventive maintenance activities
Ensure 2nd Level System Administration activities
