• Advanced level of German and medium English
• Good communication skills both orally and written
• Ability to analyze a problem and provide viable solutions
• Gracious attitude in client service and efficiency in solving the problem
• Solve customer problems in a group, coordinating with production & engineering and carry out follow-ups
• Assist in customer account maintenance
• Coordinate and communicate with relevant departments (Account & Security Risk Team, Reaction Team, technical support) by utilizing phone & specific communication programs.
