    We have expertise in multiple capabilities across Business Operations (Systems Delivery & Modernization, Cloud & Engineering, Operations Transformation), Customer & Marketing (Marketing & Commerce, Digital Customer, Digital Foundry & Operations), Enterprise Tech & Performance (SAP, ServiceNow, Anaplan), Human Capital (HR Transformation, Organizational Transformation), and Strategy, Analytics and M&A (Data Modernization & Analytics, AI Insights and Engagement).

    Cerinte

    - Previous experience in IT recruitment;
    - Research/sourcing skills including use of Boolean, LinkedIn and alternative search technique;
    - Ability to deliver results and effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects/requisitions and candidates;
    - Strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills in English;
    - Self-motivated, pro-active, able to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities;
    - Team player.

    Responsabilitati

    - Actively involved in the recruitment processes;
    - Working with internal line managers to understand their requirements on hiring for the firm;
    - Using searching tools and techniques to identify suitable candidates, through database searches, Internet & media job postings, target searches and personal networking;
    - Organizing and taking part in interviews, maintaining contact with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle;
    - Permanently updating the candidate data base.
