Project Manager with ITIL (framework & automatization)

Your mission:

Your role in a nutshell:

• Implement a project with the main objective to define, agree and deploy a complete framework in respect to the IT production services for BSC through defining and implementing Application Owner role;
• Framework design and implementation – proper testing types for full IT development flow (from unit testing to UAT sessions);
• Automation through an IT platform in connection with GSC Testing Factory;
• Application governance & RACI, Escalation Plan,
• Communication point between the business area and the development team(s),
• Regular meetings;
• Project based – determined period, initial 1 year, with possibility to prolong;

A little about you:

• 5 years experience in Project Management;
• Experience in ITIL Implementation – AS IS, design and implement TO BE Framework & IT tool;
• Experience in Testing Framework implementation – define and implement types of tests & IT tool; design and implement automated tests;
• Good understanding of IT projects methodology – understanding of business and functional specifications; testing, change management, training for users;
• Good understanding of IT Operations activities;
• Bachelor degree in technical field;
• English – speaking and writing– good level;
