The IT Technician is responsible for direct End-User technical support and for excellent customer service by phone and frontally.
· Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role
· Tech savvy with working knowledge of Windows and MAC OS
· Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, Network devices and other tech products
· Proficiency in English
· Excellent communication skills
· Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
· BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science or relevant field
· Travels Abroad
· Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone/email/Ticketing system/frontally
· Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
· Record events and problems and their resolution in ticketing system
· Manage hardware/Software inventory
· Hands on Network support on site
· Traveling to remote sites in Europe
