    We are searching for a new colleague to join our Consultant team, experienced in blue collar recruitment, for exciting and challenging projects across Europe. If you have the capabilities below, come join our team!

    - Previous end to end recruitment experience across blue collar;
    - Strong ability to find passive candidates;
    - Driven attitude with ability to maintain a high quality of work whilst under pressure;
    - Good social and problem solving skills;
    - Communicative, organized and goal oriented;
    - Excellent Internet and Microsoft Office skills;
    - Advanced level of English.

    Responsabilitati

    - Sourcing and selection of candidates for internal and external positions across a range of disciplines for blue-collar roles;
    - Create and deliver sourcing strategies and talent retention;
    - Managing the end to end recruitment cycle including: defining job description, publishing and updating the job ads on different platforms, advertising, managing the selection process: CV screening, short listing, interviewing (telephone and face-to-face), creating offers and onboarding employees;
    - Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates;
    - Develop a data base of candidates in advance of need;
    - Working closely with the client in order to improve the recruitment process;
    - Participate in weekly and monthly team meetings.
