    Requirements

    Ideal Candidate:
    Customer and results oriented;
    University Degree (Economic studies);
    Previous experience in selling SMEs products - minim 1 year;
    Good negotiation skills;
    Ability to complete all administrative tasks;

    Responsibilities

    Developing and managing new relationships with prospects, attending customer
    meetings, attract new customers in order to achieve targeted credit volumes and
    profitability.
    Manage successfully all stages of credit approval flow – follow up and negotiations with all involved departments for the loan approval: Analysis, risk, legal, valuations, Credit Committee until the implementation is final;
    Established sale strategy quarterly: focus list with targeted clients and appropriate products
    Contribution to business efficiency, sales process development and quality services provided
    Proposal of commercial actions and micro-marketing activities in order to attract new customers and improve the relationships with the clients with reports on action taken and achieved results
    Preliminary Analyze of the loan file and preparing it for the approval.
    Providing on-the-job training for Junior Relationship Managers.
    Collaborating with the colleagues from the Loan Administration Department, Analysts, Risk Department, Legal Advisers.
    Prepare periodical reports specific to the department activity.
    Organizing and coordinating SME activity.
    Knowledge of the process, procedures and necessary documentation for the SME credits approvals.
    Identify the business opportunities in the market.
