Fluency in written and spoken English is a must (including experience in legal drafting & terminology);
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package;
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new business environment;
Excellent organisational, planning and prioritising skills;
High level of persuasiveness, result orientation, business understanding;
Ability to work under pressure and to manage multiple complex tasks and meeting deadlines;
Occasional travel will be required.
Minimum 7 (seven) years experience, preferably in an international company and/or a listed company on a Stock Exchange or law firm;
Exposure to corporate and civil law, financial acts, capital markets legislation would be preferred;
Bachelor’s degree in Law; Master’s Degree in Law would be a plus.

Issuing legal opinions and negotiation support to the company;
Provides legal advice on all matters of legal relevance in corporate law, civil and business law, for example (without limitation) in respect of the matters relating to corporate governance, commercial agreements, investments and aquisitions, loans and banking agreements, specific legislation of the capital markets, insider trading and litigations;
Prepares, reviews and validates various types of contracts and other legal documents;
In the field of corporate law draws up documents, for example, but not limited to, statutes and resolutions of the board of directors, powers of attorney, minutes of the company’ committees, reports, procedures, and issues legal opinions in order to ensure that the company complies with the law as well as with the rules and policies regarding the Corporate Governance;
Liaise and work closely together with the international legal teams of our group, regarding corporate topics;
Managing litigations in which the company is involved, which may include appearing as a representative at hearings and preparing files;
Draws up legal actions, statements of defence, complaints, appeals, remedies of law;
Monitor the assigned files before the courts, pursuing the stage of their settlement;
Represents the company in relation to the external bodies (authorities, regulators, companies, suppliers, clients). Draws up and submit the necessary documentation to the relevant public authorities with which the company interacts, includig to the capital market regulatories acting in Romania or in other relevant countries;
Provides legal researches and updates on changes to applicable laws and regulations;
Monitoring and reporting on the implementation of legal measures and own activity.
