o Strong written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
o Proficiency in leading and motivating a team, previous participation in global projects is a plus
o Excellent English skills, a second language would be a plus
o Motivated team player, ability to evolve in a global cross functional environment
o Ability to work from 13:00 to 22:00
o Fluent English is mandatory

Your Day-To-Day:

o Supervise License Management team and ensure it operates within guidelines and ensures compliance with existing License Management policies, procedures and PTC regulations
o Ensure all KPIs, metrics and objectives are met
o Recruit, coach and develop licensing team members, create development plans and conduct performance reviews
o Build strong partnerships with PTC License Management stakeholders and effective relationships across departments within PTC eco-system
o Contribute to the successful integration of licensing transactions on various platforms, define requirements and coordinate testing sessions as needed
o Get an extensive knowledge about the licensing models of different products
o Be part of governance plan and keep an up to date repository of PTC products, practices, procedures and license policies, participate to sessions focused on policies/procedures/processes’ definition or improvement
o Keep an innovative approach towards latest trends in the technology market and act to implement enhancements in licensing activities.
o Keep a mindset focused on transforming, improving or automating existing processes and ensuring customers’ satisfaction

Your Team:

o You will be part of a global team – License Management and Distribution, that is included in Global Business Operations, an organization that counts more than 110 people.
o The License Management Supervisor will manage licensing specialists located in both Bucharest Romania and Boston US and will work closely with peers across the functions and globe, to ensure good delivery on organization’s objectives.


Your Impact:

o Lead and develop a global team of Licensing specialists, support them to efficiently manage PTC customers’ licensing requests and help the organization deliver world-class services.
