    Experienta in domeniul administrativ: minim 1 an
    Cunostinte de operare PC - nivel foarte bun pentru Windows, MS Office, Internet Explorer, Outlook
    Cunostinte de baza pentru operarea comenzilor in SAP
    Cunostinte economice si de contabilitate primara
    Capacitate foarte buna de comunicare si relationare cu clientii
    Capacitate de organizare si prioritizare a activitatilor zilnice
    Proactivitate si receptivitate

    Responsabilitati

    1. Responsabilitati scanare facturi


    Primirea facturilor de la furnizori, scanarea si distribuirea lor catre responsabilii comerciali in conformitate cu instructiunile de lucru pentru scanare (primirea si printarea facturior primite pe email, sortarea si scanarea facturilor in functie de departamentele firmei;
    Comunicarea cu furnizorii de servicii si produse a companiei, pentru solutionarea problemelor legate de facturi;
    Comunicarea cu Serviciul Comercial Suport Siemens din Praga, pentru clarificarea tuturor aspectelor ce tin de procesul de scanare facturi;
    Participarea la analize si rapoarte ref. Facturi, cerute de catre responsabilii comerciali;
    Indosarierea si arhivarea facturilor scanate.


    2. Responsabilitati specifice SRE (Siemens Real Estate)


    Analize si rapoarte comerciale (complexitate scazuta) pentru departamentul SRE;
    Creare comenzi interne/externe in SAP, pentru departamentul SRE
    Asigurarea activitatilor de suport pentru departamentul SRE (inregistrare/ arhivare/ scanare/ copiere documente, intretinere baza de date contracte, corespondenta, elaborarea si redactarea documentelor si situatiilor cerute de catre managementul departamentului SRE;
    Asigurarea activitatilor de suport pentru receptie in perioadele de varf.
