ERP Support Trainee - 1 Year Contract

The Information Technology Department of Ubisoft Romania is looking for an ERP Support Specialist - Trainee to provide functional and basic technical support for the company’s internal ERP System on the financial modules (Procurement, Accounts Payable, Asset Management, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Cost Management, General Ledger) for internal users located in our Worldwide offices.

Your profile:

Job skills:

•University graduate;
•Working experience in Accounting / ERP Customer Support;
•Previous experience in IT;
•SQL/ Oracle databases knowledge;
•Knowledge of Finance and Accounting;
•Good written and oral knowledge of English, French is a plus.

•Able to assimilate business changes and incorporate them in the IT systems
•Sense of humor, positive approach and work well within a team
•Enthusiasms for learning new technologies.

Your tasks:

•Perform functional and basic technical analysis on the assigned support tickets and handle the communication with the users;
•Have a good understanding of the Business flows (accounting, financial reporting, treasury) and of an integrated IT system;
•Collaborate closely with Support Developers to identify the best solutions for bug corrections/ developments, in the requested deadlines;
•Create working procedures, build-up knowledge database and functional documentation;
•Provide trainings for application users, providing a global vision of an integrated system;
•Create SQL queries and request data updates in the database;
•Perform regular system monitoring and data clean-up activities;
