• Expertise in the usage and functionality of the RPA software;
• Proven experience with programming in VBA;
• Proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint;
• Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript or any scripting language

• Relevant experience working in a multinational company or in Banking / Financial Services;
• Attention to details, organized and structured;
• Good communication skills with the ability to present technical details to non-technical audience;
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interview colleagues, gather business process details and identify solution requirements;
• Good written skills with the ability to clearly document and explain business process and automated solution designs;
• Ability to envisage if optimizations and automation will work in the wider business environment. Understand its advantages and what its effect will be;

Mission:
Support the process architecture build of the bank by designing the business processes as workflow diagram, analyzing automation opportunities and developing quick win automation solutions using Macros, Share point or RPA solutions.
