    Join our team! We're hiring in Bucharest!

    We've had a presence in Bucharest since 2014, starting with an acquisition of a small team of developers. By late 2016 we had expanded to 20 people and by the end of 2017 we had 40. We continue to invest in and develop our Romania presence aiming to double in size once again some time in 2019. 
    Additionally, where we previously concentrated on engineering capacity, we have built a broader and deeper team extending to architecture, product design, and product management so we can have completely self-sufficient and co-located product teams.  


    Minimum of 2 years’ Mac OS experience.
    Minimum of 2 years’ experience with Cisco firewall and switches.
    Minimum of 2 years of troubleshooting and installation experience - software, hardware Specially iMacs, MacBook pro, Time machine, MacOS, IOS/Android.
    Interest in technology and understanding of technical issues
    Knowledge of Microsoft O365 and Microsoft Office Suite
    2 years’ working experience in JAMF MAC managed environment
    Proficiency using remote access tools like Zoom, Bomgar, WebEx, etc.
    Multi-task and effective time management skills


    Answer, evaluate, and prioritize customer service requests via telephone, voicemail, e-mail, and self-service web site
    Perform equipment setup for new/current employees (hardware/software installation/Cell phone/Etc)
    Demonstrated ability to apply sound process to troubleshooting and problem-solving incidents
    Communicates effectively with technical and non-technical customers
    Work with technical staff to maintain Jamf for Mac managed environment
    Work with hardware vendors for warranty repairs and replacements
    Participate in new hire onboarding orientation
    Maintain IT assets inventory
    Participate in our on-call rotation
