Jr accounts payable representative

You should have:

· An university degree – economic – accounting background would be a plus;
· Experience in economics, finance or channel partner business would be a plus;
· Ability to be flexible and work analytically in problem-solving environment;
· Strong organisational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills as well as excellent communication skills; technical focus;
· Team spirit and proactive attitude.
· English level A2-B1

What you will do:
· Process payment requests in accordance with policies and procedures.
· Processes transactions for relevant business processes in various systems and tracking tools.
· Resolve vendor, staff, and student inquiries and problems in a professional and timely manner - escalate to Supervisor when required.
· Respond to information requests by searching, summarising research results and compiling in requested format.
· Assist in audit preparation and proceedings for both internal and external auditors.
· Perform data entry and research
