Business Analyst with Advanced English & Spanish

For our client, a well-known leader in personal systems and printing, we are looking for a Business Analyst with Advanced English and Spanish.

Requirements:
· Experience in Customer Service Experience, B2B customer support, Shared Service Center and/or Call Center, AP, AR;
· Excel Proficiency;
· Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish;
· Strong research and analytical skills;
· Consulting, negotiating and influencing experience;
· Exposure to multi country services and contract duration management.

Responsibilities:
· Manage sourcing strategy and contract lifecycle from Presales phase to End of Term;
· Collaboratively manage and monitor supplier performance to ensure quality of service;
· Understand and analyze financial aspects at engagement level: orders, revenues, costs, gross margin, P&L handling, forecast reports, account reconciliation, accrual/deferral;
· Investigate, control and follow-up on accuracy and completeness of business required documents;
· Perform ongoing risk monitoring considering financials, business continuity plans and quality controls;
· Leverage continuous improvement initiatives to create additional value above the business requirements.
