What it takes to do this job?
3-5+ year experience in building and executing digital campaigns focused on sales & conversions
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communication, computer science, or any field of study. Relevant work experience is more important
Experience with analytical tools and ability to dive deep into metrics and reporting
Strong execution capability with highest standards in a rapidly evolving business
Open mindset & #goodvibes attitude
How your daily tasks will look like:
Develop a detailed digital campaigns annual & monthly plan based on segments strategy & digital journeys.
Planning digital commercial projects from the initial stages through to final delivery
Reviewing digital project resources and providing an analysis on whether they meet the demands of the digital campaigns
Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of digital marketing campaigns
Understand, customize and optimize the entire campaign management process, to include new campaign requirements, development tests, production execution and quality control.
Brief and oversee the work of external agencies and supliers
Work directly with the outside digital commercial team stakeholders.
Work directly with the Conversion Optimization Specialist in order to develop campaigns landing pages.
Work directly with the Consumer Insights Specialist for building relevant digital campaigns & relevant campaign impact estimations and results.
