Minimum 1 year experience as a functional manager in store (store manager, deputy manager, VM)
Proven track record in previous employment;
Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work;
Ability to make decisions and solve problems;
Ability to communicate verbally with people inside and outside of organization;
Ability to obtain and process information;
Ability to be assertive when needed;
Experience with difficult personalities;
Experience in people management and supervision;
Proactive approach and experience in dealing with challenging situations;
Ability to work in team and independently;
Communicative in English.
Responsible for recruiting, training, coaching, supervising and assessment of the store team;
Responsible for building a stable, competent and motivated sales team:
Managing, supervising and organizing the store, driving the team to achieve and exceed the monthly sales targets;
Implementing Company’ standards and procedures applying in store, including VM standards;
Managing and promoting merchandise store resulting to the optimum stock level;
Implementing sales strategies and managing customer service activities so as to optimize sales performance and store’s profitability ;
Analyzes trends, review and react to the key performance indicators;
Always hold knowledge about the structure of the assortment of goods and their characteristics (quality, price, sizes, models, colours, combinations of products, discounts, etc.
Permanent improves the knowledge and skills for sale, for consumer psychology, design strategies to attract customers.
