Ideally, a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in sales or phone sales capacity;
Passion for selling and enthusiastic self-starter with a “can do” attitude;
Experience with a high call volume in a fast-paced telesales environment;
Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals by phone while maintaining the established sales quotas;
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate (oral and written) effectively is absolutely a must;
Ability to use Microsoft Office/Exchange, and Salesforce;
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative, results-driven environment;
A background in software/IT would be an advantage but not required.
Engaging directly with Decision Makers in IT departments in all sized businesses across EMEA;
Driving growth within the assigned region, having a focused inside sales approach;
Making warm & cold calls to customers and selling them IT Products, through a consultative & business discussion approach;
Receiving warm leads for product evaluation requests, inbound leads for customers who have downloaded trial versions of our products, and/or inbound warm leads for current customers who have additional IT product requests;
Partnering with Sales Engineering to conduct online web product demonstrations that are have technical and non-technical versions;
Providing superior customer service in assisting potential customers during their evaluation process, creating quotes and new customer accounts, co-ordinating with channel partners, and closing sales;
Maintaining accurate customer records, and making activity and pipeline reports within Salesforce;
Identifying new business opportunities and channel partnerships within the assigned territory;
Providing timely and accurate business forecasts based on monthly & quarterly achievement;
Managing direct/channel partner business relationships & transactions;
Building and maintaining a consistent and reliable funnel of opportunities, and meeting the targets regarding the agreed contracts and revenue for the new business.
