    Cerinte

    Minimum knowledge ​of Health and safety
    Willingness to learn safety rules and standards (legal, corporate)
    iddle school degree (technical school degree is a plus)
    Good command of both written and spoken English
    Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Power Point, SAP knowledge is a plus
    Proactive attitude
    Good communication skills
    Accurate and demanding

    Responsabilitati

    Safety data collection and consolidation from the reports issued by all plant staff
    Provide weekly, monthly statistics, data analysis (like safety pyramid) and presentations to the plant management as defined by safety manager
    Provide safety information table to all departments: safety specific data and print outs
    Prepare monthly safety report with the approval of safety manager as Bunge requested
    Support safety department members with safety/fire safety action plan follow-up by managing the documentation of actions
    Keep personal related safety data update for all employees and contractors (in paper and electronic version):
    Medical checks: follow up limitations and expiring date, update management on status,
    Maintain contact health service provider to organise medical checks
    PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) documentation and exchange
    Support effective safety training system
    Support safety department by contractor management
    Manage all safety related documents (standard, procedures, training materials, JHAs, risk assessments, ISO and legal documents etc.): update, archive
    Check and refill all first aid kits in the plant
    Manage all mobile detectors in the plant: list, keep records, follow up and ensure calibration and good condition
    Participate on safety meetings (daily, weekly), keep records and make action plan of safety committee meetings
    Conduct regular safety walks in the plant
