Excellent skills in interpretation of business rules and requirements (focus on financial and commercial area) as well as in their translation and documentation as technical requirements for their implementation in computer systems
Detail knowledge about principles of relational and multidimensional databases and strong experience working with various databases (Teradata, Oracle, MS SQL Server, MS Access, etc.)
Knowledge of SQL query language and SQL based programming languages and expertise to define queries in Teradata, Oracle, DB2 or SQL Server
Excellent data analysis skills in order to create reports using SQL respectively using different BI tools (such as MicroStrategy, SAS, etc.)
Experience in data modeling techniques and methods and data warehousing
Experience in technical design, testing various implementations having as main component databases, design of test procedures and their implementation and documentation.
Ability to identify data quality issues and to formulate measures for their improvement
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and very good ability to interact professionally with diverse groups of internal clients, experts, applications providers

Focus on relevant KPIs to better address monitoring of business processes, progress and project initiatives, across the entire organization
Integrating new relevant data sources in Data warehouse and testing
Automation of the current reporting production
Ensuring consistent access to selected relevant data from top management to each network employee
