    Requirements

    Qualifications and Skill Set:

    Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or Computer Science, or equivalent related experience is required
    Basic knowledge of the Business Development Life Cycle and Agile software development is beneficial
    Technical competence and familiarity with SQL, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
    Familiarity with business issues, ability to quickly learn, strong multi-tasking skills and comfort with ambiguity, unsolved problems, and uncertainty
    Proven track record in producing Software Documentation
    Familiarity with MadCap Flare is a plus

    Responsibilities

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to create/improve customer training videos and Help File/FAQs.
    Work closely with Development and Professional Services teams to create/improve End User Documentation.
    Work with OneSumX CPM Technical staff to create/improve OneSumX Technical documentation.
    Participate in developing Product Marketing Material that demonstrates the value of the product to insurance, securities, and banking customerParticipate in creation of client presentations.
    This position does require up to 15% travel.
