    Analizeaza si monitorizeaza in detaliu din perspectiva activitatii de collection toate informatiile necesare dezvoltarii, implementarii si rafinarii actiunilor de colectare aplicabile clientilor noi si existenti in scopul minimizarii indicatorilor de Bad Debt si Churn.

    Certificari tehnice/profesionale necesare:
    •Diploma universitara;
    •Cunostinte baze date (MS Sql, Excell, Acces);
    •Servicii clienţi;
    •Limba engleza;
    •Experienta in domeniu (minim un an).


    Responsabilitati principale:

    •Emite/dezvolta rapoarte necesare in diferite instante sau la cererea superiorilor si efectueaza la cerere sau proactiv analiza acestor informatii pentru a ajuta si participa la stabilirea strategiei legata de politicile de colectare folosite in tratamentul clientilor;

    •Ruleaza si interpreteaza saptamanal/lunar rapoarte recurente in scopul monitorizarii activitatilor din echipele de Collection;

    •Dupa implementarea diferitelor campanii/modificari initiate de departamentul Collection organizeaza analize post implementare si pe baza concluziilor din aceste discutii corecteaza performanta implementarii viitoarelor proiecte;

    •Aduce solutii de imbunatatire folosind rapoarte, prezentari, concluzii si idei de planificare;

    •Initiaza si propune analize de prognozare si monitorizare a bad debtului si churn-ului;

    •Ofera suport in stabilirea bazei de clienti eligibila a fi cesionata si pe tot parcursul procesului de cesiune.
