What we’re looking for?
* Good knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies such as eXtreme Programming, Scrum and Kanban;
* Good knowledge of the software development lifecycle and (Agile) application lifecycle management (Atlassian software preferably);
* 1+ years experience as a Scrum Master for multiple Scrum teams
* Scrum Master certification (CSM I/II, PSM I/II) mandatory
* Ability to manage organizational change initiative;
* Very good people management skills: motivate, observe, give feedback and help individuals grow teams;
* Excellent communication skills;
* Basic knowledge of architecture, design, development and testing is required; at minimum, a higher level of understanding technical issues is needed;
* Innovative thinking and organizing are essential skills;
* Flexible and resilient; willingness to take initiative to create approaches to complex problems;
* Good adaptability to fast changing circumstances;
* Excels in commitment and integrity;
* Scaling frameworks knowledge and experience is a plus (e.g. SAFe, LeSS, Spotify)
* Good experience in providing guidance and facilitating improvements within Scrum team

Responsibilities:
* Finding techniques for effective Product Backlog management;
* Helping the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items;
* Understanding product planning in an empirical environment;
* Ensuring the Product Owner knows how to arrange the Product Backlog to maximize value;
* Facilitating Scrum events as requested or needed. Scrum Master Service to the Development Team
* Coaching the Development Team in self-organization and cross-functionality;
* Helping the Development Team to create high-value products;
* Removing impediments to the Development Team’s progress;
* Coaching the Development Team in organizational environments in which Scrum is not yet fully adopted and understood
* Leading and coaching the organization in its Scrum adoption;
* Planning Scrum implementations within the organization;
* Helping employees and stakeholders understand and enact Scrum and empirical product development;
* Causing change that increases the productivity of the Scrum Team;
* Scrum Master works with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization.
